Before we dig in, let’s make sure we’re on the same page…

Not all Limelights and Flashbacks can be purchased, some must be EARNED.

This is where Challenges come into play 😉

The question everyone has been asking… will Challenges offer exclusive NFTs that cannot be purchased in Drops?

Yes… Challenges OFFER EXCLUSIVE NFTs that cannot be purchased in drops!

In short, what does this mean?

Commons matter. Premiums matter. Rares matter. Ultra Rares matter.

Players will need to collect NFTs from a variety of tiers in order to trade up and earn more exclusive NFTs.

The NFTU Challenge system will go live as part of NFTU’s Tip Off Series.

Challenge Systems will be a major component for many of the other RECUR brand experiences coming soon.

A common question is “How do I get my hands on some of the most sought after NFTs in the Season?”

There will be 3 Challenge Tiers:

Premium Challenges
Rare Challenges
Ultra Rare Challenges

The NFTU Challenge System is powered by a burn mechanic that allows players to trade in multiple NFTs of one rarity, in order to earn a higher rarity NFT and more.

In addition to earning exclusive and more rare NFTs, the Challenge System’s burning mechanic takes collectibles out of circulation 🔥, therefore reducing the original supply and total collectibles available.

Some Challenges will require burning several NFTs at once, so those who decide to hold on to their collections may find themselves with extremely scarce NFTs over time as more players complete challenges.
