RECUR Announces Global Cash Out

Access to your funds is critical wherever you are in the decentralized world of NFTs, and RECUR leads the way with the launch of Global Cash Out

Today, RECUR has done something no NFT platform has done before. Just four months after our first NFT drop, we are excited to announce the launch of Global Cash Out! Users in countries around the world can now withdraw funds from their RECUR account directly to a bank account.

Until now, Cash Out was available in the United States and Canada however with the launch of RECUR’s Global Cash Out, we’re changing that, and pushing the entire NFT space forward in the process.

Global Cash Out enables seamless withdrawals for users in 84 countries, across 6 continents (sorry Antarctica!). While RECUR is based in the United States (shout out Miami 🌴😎🌴), we recognize that our community comes from all over the world, and the launch of Global Cash Out furthers true ownership for fans worldwide. While this feature is available in 84 countries around the world, we will continue adding more countries to our list.

You have been asking for Global Cash Out since we launched the RECUR Pass in December, and we’ve worked hard behind the scenes to broaden access to this feature as quickly as possible.

Not only is Global Cash Out here… but it’s fast too 🚀. Users around the world can expect funds to hit their bank account in just 1–5 business days.

How does it work?

Making the metaverse easy is a big part of our mission and, like anything we build, we made this process as simple and straightforward as possible. The process for Global Cash Out is outlined here, and you can see it below, as well.

First, log in to your RECUR account and click your profile avatar to activate the dropdown menu. Select Wallet and you’ll see your full account with a new option to Cash Out available in the right hand menu tiles.

Please keep in mind that there is a standard $25 bank fee associated with all wire transfers.

For example: if you attempt to cash out $1,000 from your RECUR balance, you will successfully receive $975 in your account. In certain cases, your bank may charge additional fees (to learn more about your bank’s fee schedule, please see this article).
